(00)Product / Contract Intelligence
Follow one agreement through every amendment, delivery record and invoice that comes after it.
Most of a contract's documents arrive after it is signed, and they land in different inboxes and folders. Contract Intelligence keeps them connected to the agreement, so your legal and business teams can see what changed, check the facts and know who is responsible.
(01)After the signature
A signed agreement keeps collecting documents for as long as the work runs.
An amendment changes the reporting terms, an acceptance record confirms a month of service, and an invoice bills against the purchase order. When each of these sits in a different place, anyone who reviews the agreement has to rebuild its history by hand before they can make a decision.
This is an illustrative example.
- Amendment
- Acceptance record
- Invoice
- Purchase order
(02)Inside its project
Contract Intelligence and Project Intelligence are two halves of one module, so every agreement keeps its project around it.
Project Intelligence organises a project's documents and the reviewed connections between them. Contract Intelligence adds what matters inside the agreement itself, which means its terms, its obligations and the reviews behind them.
Project Intelligence
- The relationship graph shows how the agreement connects to the project's proposals, orders, invoices and acceptance records.
- A project can link an existing contract workspace, while its terms, source links and contract relationships remain in Contract Intelligence.
View linked contracts
Contract Intelligence
- The contract workspace holds the agreement's terms, obligations and review history.
- Contract analysis can draw on sources from the projects that the agreement is linked to.
Contract reviews
The project overview shows the agreement's contract reviews, so your team can open the same findings and review tasks from the project or from the contract workspace.
(03)Project Intelligence · relationship graph
On the project's relationship graph, the agreement sits at the centre of every document that relates to it.
The relationship graph belongs to Project Intelligence, and it connects agreements, amendments, delivery records and billing documents by their role. Before you rely on a connection, you can inspect its scope and the document version behind it.
- 01
The agreement sits inside its project, next to the proposal it is based on.
- 02
The amendment that changes part of the agreement is already recorded beside it.
- 03
AI suggests that the October acceptance record is evidence for the agreement, and it shows the quote it found.
- 04
Someone on your team checks the scope and accepts the suggestion, so the dashed line becomes a recorded connection.
- 05
The agreement's trail now runs from the proposal through the amendment to the acceptance record and the invoice.
Accepting a connection records how two documents relate, but it does not confirm that the work is complete or approve a payment. Connections do not give anyone access to documents they could not already open.
(04)The facts behind a decision
Every fact that Obscura extracts from the agreement sits next to the passage it came from.
Obscura extracts the parties, values, dates, clauses and obligations from the agreement, and it shows each one beside its source quotation and the version it was read from. Your reviewers can check a fact against the source before they rely on it in a decision.
| Fact | Value | Source | Version |
|---|---|---|---|
| Party | PT Contoh Nusantara | AGR-001 · p. 1 | v1 |
| Start date | 1 October 2026 | AGR-001 · p. 2 | v1 |
| Clause | Monthly service reporting | AGR-001 · p. 4 | v1 |
| Obligation | Send the monthly service report | AMD-001 · p. 1 | v1 |

(05)Review with people in charge
A term only counts once a person on your team has reviewed it and recorded why.
Each suggested term arrives with its supporting sources, so the reviewer can read the quote before deciding. They accept the term or reject the suggestion, write a review reason and save the decision.
Once an obligation is confirmed, you choose who is responsible for it and how many days ahead Obscura should remind them. Outstanding commitments and required reviews then always have a name beside them.
(06)What changed
When a new version of the agreement arrives, Obscura opens a review of the changes.
Each source keeps its version, so a term reviewed against version 2 shows that a newer version is available. When version 3 becomes current, a review task asks someone to check the terms, the parties and the obligations again, and the record notes who finished it and when.
When an amendment changes a term that was already reviewed, Obscura shows the previously reviewed term beside the suggested replacement, and the earlier period stays on record.
(07)Your agreement
Bring one agreement that your business manages, and we will follow it through Obscura together.
Using a safe sample, we will review the agreement, one amendment and one supporting record with you, and we will agree on the outcomes that a pilot should test.
Contract Intelligence and Project Intelligence are the two halves of one module, Contract & Project Intelligence, and you license them together. Your team can use the module by hand on its own, while extracting terms with AI also needs the AI module.
