(00)Home / Modules
Obscura starts with a complete core, and you add a module only when your work needs it.
Every licence includes the core document system. Each module on this page adds one area of work and lists what it includes and what it needs, so you license only the modules that you use.
(01)Included in every licence
The core is part of every licence, and it already covers most of a document's journey.
Your team can store, find, approve, share and keep documents with the core alone, and every module below builds on the same records, permissions and audit trail.
Documents and versions
Nested folders, version compare and rollback, and working copies kept apart from published versions
Classification and numbering
Document types, tags, document IDs and numbering schemes that follow your rules
Full-text search and OCR
Titles, content, tags and metadata, with Indonesian and English OCR
Workflows and approvals
Saved or one-off routes, with deadlines, escalation, delegation and an action inbox
Templates
Start from a blank file or an approved DOCX template
Sharing and secure preview
Expiring links, secure preview and a visible watermark with the viewer's identity
Retention and legal hold
A retention catalogue by document type, and legal holds that prevent deletion
Audit trail and reports
Actions, versions and status tied to each document, with operational reports
Identity and access
SSO, LDAP/Active Directory, SCIM and five‑tier access control
API and API keys
OpenAPI 3.1, with API keys bound to identity and scope
(02)Modules
Each module adds one area of work, and it plugs into the same documents, permissions and audit trail as the core.
Every row lists what the module includes and what it needs, so you can see the dependencies before you decide.

Module + connector
e-Sign & e‑Meterai lets people inside and outside your organisation sign the document they approved, without printing it.

- External signers without an account
- Certified signing (PSrE) and e‑Meterai through a provider
- Digital stamp placement

- Break-glass access for emergencies
- Each decryption checked against the person's identity and recorded in the audit trail

06Watermarking
Module
Watermarking marks every protected download or shared copy with its recipient, so a recovered copy can be traced to the person it was issued to.
Needs
The core. The visible watermark on secure preview is already part of the core.
Includes
- An invisible forensic mark on each protected download or shared copy
- An issuance ledger linking file, version and recipient
- A console for examining a recovered copy
- Compatibility tested on your own documents
-
07AI

Needs
It works on its own with the information and links that your team enters. AI extraction and AI discovery also need the AI module.
See Contract Intelligence See Project Intelligence

- Clause findings and term review
