- A user is an active account in your workspace, and disabled accounts are not billed.
- After the trial
- The workspace moves to Free and keeps its data. If it is over the Free limits, it becomes read-only until you pay for Team or reduce your usage.

- E-signature and e‑Meterai need a company verification, which our team reviews before they are switched on.

You pay for e‑Meterai and AI as you use them, so you buy credits only for what your team needs.
e‑Meterai
Rp 11,000 per stamp
Each stamp is Rp 10,000 of stamp duty plus a Rp 1,000 service fee. Packs of 10, 50 and 100 stamps cost Rp 110,000, Rp 550,000 and Rp 1,100,000. PPN applies to the service fee only and never to the stamp duty.
Internal e-signature and the organisation seal
No charge
Signing inside your workspace and sealing with your organisation’s seal do not use credits.
AI usage
Rp 60,000 per 1 million tokens
Packs of 1 million, 5 million and 20 million tokens cost Rp 60,000, Rp 300,000 and Rp 1,200,000. One question about a document, with its context, uses roughly 5,000 to 10,000 tokens.
Team add-ons
A Team workspace can add these modules and extra storage month by month. On Organization and your own cloud, add-ons are part of the quote.

(04)Questions
These are the questions teams usually ask before they choose a plan.
Who counts as a user?
A user is an active account in your workspace. When you disable an account, it is no longer billed.
What happens when the trial ends?
The workspace moves to Free and keeps all of its data. If it has more than 3 users or more than 2 GiB of storage, it becomes read-only until you pay for Team or reduce your usage to the Free limits.
Can we pay yearly?
Self-serve plans are billed monthly. Yearly billing is available with a contract for 50 users and up, which means Organization or your own cloud.
Which payment methods are available?
Online payments are processed by Midtrans: QRIS, credit/debit card and bank-transfer virtual accounts (BCA, BNI, BRI, Permata, CIMB, Mandiri).
Annual contracts (Organization, Private, and Enterprise) are paid by invoice.
How do we get e-signature and e‑Meterai?
E-signature and e‑Meterai are available on Team, Organization and your own cloud after a company verification. Our team reviews the verification, and the features are switched on once it is approved.
Internal e-signature and the organisation seal have no charge, while e‑Meterai stamps are bought as credits.
Can we move from Team to an Organization contract later?
Yes. Team covers up to 49 users, so when you need more users or an annual contract, write to contact@obscr.id and we will prepare an Organization estimate with you.
Where can we run Obscura on our own servers?
Obscura runs in your organisation’s own cloud environment, and we recommend AWS. On-premise servers or a closed network are possible by special arrangement, and we do not manage your network.
